..I gotta say it was a good day.

I've been grinding the 180 man SNGs on Stars the past couple days, and Tuesday I ran like a Kenyan on steroids and won a $12 180 man turbo, got 2nd in two others, and had another 2nd in a $22 180. I capped off the night by winning a $11 super turbo private tournament that Stoner was promoting for $221. Overall it was a profit of about $1600 for one of my best days ever.

For some reason I stopped playing the 180 man SNGs once I was rolled for higher buy in tournaments, and it was definitely a mistake. The fields are incredibly weak and there is less variance than in the mega-field MTTs with thousands of players. I would especially recommend the $12 180 man turbos, they only take an hour and a half tops and since the stacks are shallow you won't have tough decisions and can play a lot at once.

Obviously days like this aren't sustainable, but I'll certainly take it.
